This service is based on a best-effort basis.

This service is suitable for time-sensitive
applications such as marine or crop monitoring, and allows you to
reserve a particular timeframe. Your order is finalized at least
3 days prior to *Satellite Tasking.

services.

Guaranteed Time Critical (GTC)
This service is suitable for very time-sensitive
applications and allows you to reserve your acquisition dates. Your
order is finalized at least 3 days prior to *Satellite Tasking.
GTC orders take precedence over TC and NTC orders.

Late Programming:
This service allows the user to place an order
between 72 and 12 hours prior to *Satellite Tasking. Data is acquired
on a best effort basis. Orders are accepted only if there is no conflict

pass and take precedence over all other orders. Emergency programming

Electronic Delivery
|
The standard delivery mechanism for
your products is via electronic delivery. This can either be Push
or Pull delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to
retrieve and download your product at the time of ordering.
After 7 days on the MDA server, all
products will be automatically deleted. A reprocessing charge will
be applied for products that have not been pulled within this time
frame.
