In recent years, there has been a steady increase in the amount of research and development using polarimetric SAR data. In response to the increased interest in SAR polarimetry, MDA introduces EarthView® Matrix-a polarimetric SAR analysis software and the EV-Matrix Viewer freeware. EV-Matrix is a software package designed to give the researcher full flexibility in viewing, manipulating and analyzing polarimetric SAR imagery. EV-Matrix has an intuitive GUI, advanced visualization capabilities (OpenEV) and advanced analysis tools. It is designed to give the user full data management flexibility, fast throughput and powerful image management.
